- Check if lights are not too dark
- How soon I will get my order?Time is dependand on difficulty of order. Final deadline will be discussed individualy. We will try our best to finish your order in one week. However, keep in mind that we are still students :) If we wount be able to meet our deadlines, we are happy to make a discount for you!
- Can I order two matching profile pics?Yes, we can draw two profile pics for you and your frend. You will get a 5€ discount for ordering matching portraits!
- Can you draw my pet with me?YEEESS OF COURSE!!! Price will be a bit higher, thought.
- Are there any discounts?Yes, you get:
- 0.5€ for allowing us to post your profile on our social media!
- 5€ if you order matching profiles
- 3€ if we are out of our deadlines
- Can I pay after I get the drawing?No. Prepayment shows us the seriousness of your intention. If you are not satisfied with the result, we will return all the money back.
